My name is Katherine Downes, but you can call me Kat. I am a graphic design graduate from Pennsylvania College of Technology. My passion for creativity and problem solving is what drove me towards graphic design. Personally, I view graphic design more as a lifestyle rather than a career path. Being a designer means looking at every billboard and poster you see.

I decided that I wanted to become a graphic designer when I was a sophomore in high school. After discovering this career pathway I began attending a technical school in the Advertising Art program. During this year I learned Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

When I am not working on design or looking at billboards, I can be found organizing my tea collection. Currently, my collection includes 25 unique teas!
